3X20 3/4 soft side cab item on ebay

Saw this Femco Weatherbarkae (soft side 3/4 cab) today on EBay.

Anyone own one for their 3X20 tractor??

Think it is worth $300?

On our older and bigger ag tractors, they worked very good when the engine is hot. I had one that came with a JD 5300 utility tractor when I bought the tractor used and it didn't work very well. It takes a good deal of engine heat and a good amount of air flow from the radiator fan to make it work well. I don't think the smaller tractors have enough of either IMHO. It will block the wind, except from behind where it is more open. I believe they can be ordered from TSC and farm stores.

I would say it looks like a waste of money. I have a full factory cab on my tractor and it is very warm, and dry.... When it gets hot sometimes inside, sometimes I experiment, and just open the rear window... and notice how fast it gets cold inside (With The Heat on Full Blast!)... Sure it's better than nothing... but this thing has no roof or back to it... Nope wouldn't be for me.

I would say it is worth the money but as others have said, it won't keep you warm. However, it will keep most of the wind off of you until the wind is at your back. There was a time at work that I was envious of the guys that were lucky enough to have one. But that was a long time ago.

I doubt I am on my tractor for long enough in the super cold/wind/rain/snow/sleet to really need it. Looks kinda cool to me though. I figure closing up the back would be pretty easy. I have coveralls so I really do not get cold at all. Mostly the face but have a new hood/ mask to try this year that I bought back in June when they were 70% off.

Just put on your coveralls and take it like a man! I'll be the first one to call you a sissy with that diaper on your tractor! ha ha. Seriously a cabless tractor and 10 hrs of plowing gets to be a bit old. I own some great outdoor gear but after a few hours you want more protection. $300 would be OK if I was going to stay outside for a long period.

I'll look into it, will it fit a 4310? I already have the top and was thinking of home brewing some kind of curtains but the windows would be the hard part and it looks like they have that taken care of. Would definitely have to lose it in the spring.
A couple of times I opened the door to go out to plow and just turned around because it was just miserable outside, and that's after getting ready for snow all fall!!!
Why is it just 3/4 style with back open if you get the side entry then you could fill in the back also, even with no heat I would think it would be a huge improvement.
