You can see in the first two pictures that I offset the attachement points for the lift pins and top link forward of the frame. Most receiver frames I'd seen have the lift pins and top link attachment point in line with the frame. I set them forward, and they are measured and spaced, so that the frame will fit into my Speeco quick hitch should I have that on the tractor at the time. My long-term goal is to modify all my implements to fit the quick hitch, then leave it on the tractor full-time.
The upside down "T" of the frame is thick walled 2 inch square tubing. The braces are 1" thin walled square. The pieces that the lift pins and top link attach to are 1/2" thick by 3" wide flat stock.
The sprayer tank carrier is made of 1" square, and the receiver stub is thin walled 2 inch square. Bracing is just some thin 1" wide scrap that was laying around.
I'm currently have the sharp edges of the receiver frame ground down and some primer on it. Haven't made it that far with the tank carrier yet. (P.S. the carrier will be holding a 25 gallon tank.)
I'll try to add more pictures after I've been able to get it all painted and pretty. Hard to find time to work on it with 3 kids. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
