Really tough to get to my loader to move when temps are near freezing or below. The loader fluid is shared with the rear end only, right? Transmission is independent? I checked the fluid, it only has about 20 hours on it and the level is still good. I use my tractor every day to empty manure from the barn. I have to wait a couple minutes to get the main arms to move at all so I can drive. Tonight when I went out it was probably 15 degrees out and it probably took 5 minutes for the bucket arms to fully extend to dump it.

What does your 3ph do?

Probably just needs to warm up. Or you could replace with more appropriate fluid?

Does the loader use the tractors hydraulics, or does it have a separate crankshaft driven front pump?
