3520 with broken 72d autoconnect mmm

hi guys, i have a 3520 with 72d mmm. 18mo. old and 180hr. out of warranty-only one year on attachments while mowing yesterday deck became detached from tractor. one of the 1/2in round attaching points that are welded to the rear of the mower deck broke off of the deck. don't think it should have failed so soon. anyone have similar trouble? know of any deere update or fix? let me hear from you. thanks again............bud

I'd connect directly with the Deere dealer, if you haven't already.
The Deere dealer, if a good one, will check on any updates and I would expect them to see to it that you get it fixed and running again. They probably will wonder why it broke and you may or may not know that already.

For sure, if they look at it and determine IT WASN'T ABUSED. I'll bet they'll help you out.

I had a seal go (140 hrs) in one of my old 300cx loader tubes. It was also a year out of warrranty. They looked at it, called Deere directly and was able to get me the parts for free. They just charged me for the labor.

Can't hurt to try?
