MY 3510 worked fine until today. Now with the PTO selector in AUTO and the Column switch ON with the clutch disengaged the dash indicator flashes, with the clutch engaged the dash indicator is on solid as expected, but the PTO isn't rotating.

I checked the fuse, it's good. I can't find the relay or any solenoids under the tractor, and I don't see any loose wires or anything.

Any ideas?

Try lowering your hydraulic arms for you 3 pt hitch.

Thanks, I already thought of that too...no joy.

I'm wondering, I think the 3510 and 4110 are the same basic tractor, in which case maybe i've got the "sticky valve" problem

Look under your rt side foot rest and you will see a square block and a wire & screw attached to it. Take the screw out and clean the wire and the block to make a good ground connection. If this doesn't solve your problem on the rear edge of the block you will see the solonoid which has a wire going to it. Look on the front of the block directly in front of the solonoid there is a hex head plug. Take out the plug being careful not to lose the spring inside and stick a screw driver in the hole to push the solonoid back. Spray a little light lubricant in the hole and put the spring & plug back. I believe this should solve your PTO problem. If you have any questions feel free to call me at 585-343-0770.
