3510 hydraulics dont work until you bleed them if its cold

I've got a Mahindra 3510 that I bought used about 6 years ago. Ever since I've owned it , whenever it gets below 40 or so... I can count on going out to the barn, starting it and not being able to lift the bucket. I then shut it off, take out my 12mm socket I keep on the tractor and pull the orange painted upper plug behind the loader frame (pressure line?? ). I start the tractor and it quickly blows fluid out on the right front wheel. shut it down, put the plug back and it's good for the day. when I bought it, the guy kinda said.... sometimes in the spring you need to bleed it... and pointed to that plug. dealer said change fluids and filters. so... did that but all looked good and didn't help. (2 spin on filters and cleaned the mesh one behind the drain plug) . the other hydraulics aren't good in the cold either. if its 10 degrees out... you're not going to steer it for about 10 minutes. but the loader will never come to life until bleeding... warm it up, rev it up, leave the bucket up and try to lower it under power to bleed it like that... doesn't matter. I've had many problems with this machine but this one I could never figure out.... anyone else have this? any ideas? I've got it drained now for spring service and thought I'd take another shot...
has 1000 hrs now, bought it with 200.

If you kill it during the day and crank it back up it still works fine? only when it sits a good while it does this? What kind of fluid? Have you had the pump checked out?

If you are constantly having to purge the air, then I think you have a suction leak.

Also check the vent on the rear end.
