I have a used 3320 an don't know how to change PTO speeds....dash shows. 540 2000 2000 ...help!!

On the dash, do you mean below the fuel gauge?
If so these indicate rear, mid or both PTOs.
There is a knob to switch between these three options. It's location depends on whether you have an open station or cab.
For open station it's on the dash, right hand side.
For a cab it's in the right hand console (on right hand fender)
