3316 HST FEL Skid Steer Quick Detach 'bolt'

A couple of weeks ago I discovered the shoulder bolt on the left side quick detach pin had 'vibrated' loose. It was a 3/8 x 3/8" 3/16-18 thread. Found replacement at Fastenal store. Used lock-tite and removed the right side and did same thing.
