Loader 32la New Holland Loader

I have the above loader on my TN70DA
I can raise the bucket with a load and lower the bucket without a problem.
I can tilt the bucket down without a problem. When I try to tilt the bucket up with a load it will not rise.

Scenario. I have a perfect II field cultivator that weighs 960 pounds I put a chain on the bucket to lift it off of the trailer everthing was fine. however when I wnet to bind (put tension on) the chain by tilting the bucket up.
It would not lift up... (tilt up)
Fluids have been checked and are fine.

PS My little 2120 NH lifts this all day with the bucket... So I guessing something isn't right. I bought the TN70 used in February

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Most likely a maladjusted cable that controls the valve spool in question, or a faulty quick coupler on the hose leading from the bucket cylinder base end port. Could also be a faulty piston seal in one of the bucket cylinders.
