Just took delivery of a 3240
with 724 FEL, what a nice machine, implements will come later as I blew my budget on the purchase, couldn't control the creep up. Before making the purchase I did extensive research on various models, John Deer 3320, Kubota 3400, 3130, 3430 and 3240. What I did notice is the 3240 motor has the same displacement as the 3430, they bot have 1647cc or 100.5 cubic inches. That really help me with my decision. What I don't understand is that the 3240 is rated at 32hp (net) and the 3430 is rated at 33.6 (net)?
I guess Kubota listened when some folks mentioned the 3130 could use a little extra power.
