322 Bobcat Blows Black won't swivel!

Hey guys,

I just purchased a 322 bobcat excavator and everything worked when i picked up the used machine except it blew black smoke and is weak on the power. i figured this was just a fuel filter problem so i did some tinkering if was able to reduce the smoke but now the machine won't swivel at all suddenly. but if i put the dozer blade down the swivel will work... stuck valve? Also why would i be losing power under load? i have changed all fiilters..

I think some manipulation has remained triggered and the engine is under load .
