3215 4WD engagement

I am having trouble when i engage my 4wd on my 3215. it makes a sound like it is slipping or a gear is stripped out. Any ideas? Does anyone have a picture/breakdown of the transmission area where the front driveshaft comes out?

sounds inside the transmission end i believe.

i have had this happen to me 3 times in 2 years. i hate my mahindra and cant wait to get rid of it. on the shaft from the rear to the front its the front coupler that is stripped. mahindra told me i am not supposta back up hill with a load of dirt in the bucket.there is supposta be shims between the frame and axle to alogn the shaft and coupler.also if that snap ring goes bad the shaft will slide back and take out the coupler . it just did that to me last friday. another shaft on order
