</font><font color="blue" class="small">( It was brand new in April, it probably has 20 hours on it. It is under warranty until 4/07. I'm beginning to suspect something is really wrong with the service department there. It was in the first time for a gas leak and the low fuel light not working, the second and third for the fuse blowing problem and now a gas leak and electrical problems.

Thi is one of the two new tractors I bought at their auction in April, but they were sold as new with full two year warranty.

My dads going to stop tomorrow and talk with them. He's in his 80's but knows bad service when he sees it won't hold back when he talks with them.

You should go with him...You dont want him upset and the dealer telling two different stories -one to you and another to your dad. Is there another dealer in the area? start a relationship with them fast....
The 3204 is a rock solid machine. I never heard of anyone having the amount of problems you have.

I wanted to go also but I couldn't get there till the weekend and he wanted to get this resolved.

They didn't really offer much, they said the 3204 has been a really solid tractor. They suggested since it was bought at auction they couldn't take it back. I would't sell it back at that price anyway.

If dad has problems when it's returned, I may trade him the 5252 until I can get it resolved. That way, I'll have first hand knowledge of exactly what's going on with it.

The good news is we both have backup mowers, he has his old 1641 and I've got an 1872 I'm pretty fond of.

I believe this dealer is just getting sloppy with their work, sometimes, stuff just happens, but he better not have another electrical or fuel problem!!!

Hey Duc,

Thanks for asking, they had the tractor another week. I think they MAY have been more focused this time. Dad's had the tractor about three weeks and it's working great for him.

None of the visits resulted in any paperwork exchanging hands so I can't tell you what they did to correct any of the problems.

Dad loves the tractor, I hope they got it right this time!
