I have a John Deere 316 series B tractor. Having issues with PTO not working. This is what I've done so far! When switch is in the "run" position, hydrostatic lever is in the N/Stop position, then I flip the PTO switch to "on" and battery, oil and PTO lights come on, but the PTO clutch does not do anything. Once the PTO switch is flipped in the "off" position, then battery and oil lights go off. Tractor starts and runs good, except I can't get the PTO for the blades to work! Please HELP!
