The only time I use 2wd is driving to the place I'm going to work. 4X4 is pretty much manditory for small tractors, don't even consider one without.

L4330 is not offered in 2wd. The only 2 L30's offered in 2wd are the L3130F and L3830F. 4wd is a definite advantage for the compact tractors. Go for it especially if you are using a FEL.

I was at the dealer today and I must of misunderstood about the 2wd model. I remembered he said it was bigger. I went in to look at the L3000 but, after looking at the 3130 and all the extras I think that tractor would suit me better.

I would, Like the others have said, 4wd is the only way to go with a small tractor. I just purchased a L3130HST. Have about 15hrs on her now and each time I use her the smile is ear to ear. Very quiet and smooth to operate. I have a 5' brush cutter. It is kind of a no name (International.....nothing to do with the International tractor)But it is really heavy compared to most and it only ran $450. I have mowed about 15 acres of hood tall grass and some side hills with some pretty heavy brush. That little tractor works great. L3130HST all the way boys!!!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

4wd all the way. I like the way they handle over a 2wd also. 4wd is a must have for me. The 4330 will get you a 4 cylinder and a stronger package over all. The L4330 is my favorite model in the Kubotas.
