I know that the drawbar on a 3032e has a vertical load capacity of 882 lbs. does anyone know how much I can pull with this drawbar

If it's any help. My Kubota M6040 has a hitch capacity( vertical load capacity ) of 2200#. It has a drawbar pull capacity of 11,000#. Based upon this ratio you could be looking at around 4400#. Remember when you reach max capacity - it's good to be in 4WD. This will assist in braking the load.

I started to chuckle at this question then I started to think about it.
I can see how it could be a serious question.
Growing up on tractors and pulling implements and wagons all the time we never discussed the loads or pulling capacity of the tractors.
If you could get it going you pulled it.
Back then the problem was always getting the load stopped.
I can remember many a ride down a hill with the load pushing me and knowing that no way could I stop it,
not a real good feeling.
Two wheel drive tractors with 4 wheel wagons which add no tongue weight to the drawbar for traction or braking,
you have to think about your travel direction and slopes how well you can stop and can you hold the load if you spin out going up hill.
Experience is the best teacher but she can be a harsh taskmaster.
When your load approaches your weight is when it becomes questionable,
if your travels are flat and level you can handle most any load you can start if you go slow and provide adequate stopping space.
The steeper and less traction available the less your load should be,
if your tractor is slipping and sliding by its self you shouldn't have much load behind it.
Remember that trying to slow or stop a load on a low traction surface,
that load can not only push you but also jackknife around and be shoving you sideways,
starting down slow and having the ability and room to increase your speed while maintaining control
can improve your odds of successfully hauling loads.
There is no number that is always correct.
Good Luck

LouNY - with my four wheel farm wagon - - BOY, have I ever been there. With a good load of timber or rocks, that wagon will PUSH like a wild herd of Longhorns. Even in 4WD - with the driveshaft providing some stopping power via the front wheels also - - I've been pushed down slopes with all four wheels on the tractor locked & sliding.

Pre-planning your route is the answer. Especially with a max or near max load. And in my case - it's doubly important. I'm not yet that good at backing that farm wagon. In reverse it's got a mind of its own. My "route" will alway include - never having to back up to get her on home.

When we get to where the load is pushing that much we go up a gear.
When a heavy wagon starts to slide the tires it to easy for it to turn you sideways,
when that happens you have no control, sometimes if you can go up a gear you will have a semblance of control,
that is where the power shift transmissions are very good.
It is best to not get in that situation but it does happen.
As far as backing up the front steer 4 wheel wagons it does take a while to get good at it,
and constant practice to stay decent at it.
Actually when knowing I am going to be backing up a lot I find our 2wd tractors much more nimble and easier to back up with.
Of course then you can make it more difficult, start backing these up, 30 or 40 feet isn't to bad, a 100 or more or around a corner
gets to be a handle full and a study in aggravation

Lou..
And backing up a hay wagon hooked behind the baler when stuck several hundred feet down a fenced lane is a better exercise.. with a hand clutch JD model G.. 15 yrs old doing custom baling for a farmer.. and was not told about that no-exit lane.
And right on with the 2wd instead of the 4wd.. and better yet were the tricycle with narrow front.. could spin on a dime. All work tho when didn't have power steering in those good ol days.

Beenthere,
My hand clutch as on a WD Allis Chalmers,
Yes you can get quite proficient at going from reverse to first backing them up.
My two favorite tractors for backing thing up with are a narrow front Farmall 560
or the Ford 8000 its a wide front but tucked back under so a real short wheelbase.
The newer Magnums and the Puma are nice till you start backin up in tight spaces.

If I'm reading the OP's question correctly he's asking either the downward (weight) capacity of the drawbar... which would depend on how far out it has been extended, or the pulling capacity of the drawbar... which would depend on the grade of pin that holds/positions the drawbar.

Perhaps both.

This would be relative to the maximum weight of the implement attached to the drawbar.
