3025 wont start. Seat switch?

Xg3025 just a year old wont start. It was running great, never any issues. Shut it off and now it wont start. Lights come on, glow plug sound comes on but motor wont turn over or do anything. I figured I pulled a wire loose from a safety switch but didn稚 figure anything out. The seat switch wire wasn稚 connected but I couldnt find anything to connect it to. Is it supposed to connect to something??
I check the clutch and brake switch wites and they all seemed fine. Battery cables were good. Shuttle shifter in neutral too. Tried everything I could think of at the moment. Thoughts?

Jumper the seat switch wiring connector. If the starter engages...find the seat switch and hook it back up.

I have the seat switch, just cant find the other end.

You said you had the seat switch wires but didn't know what they connected up to? Connect the 2 wires together.

I have the seat switch with pig tail. Jumping them would do nothing. I need the other end that goes to the tractor (if this is the issue).

Yes, you need to find the tractor end of the wiring harness. Not sure where it would have gone. Try setting the parking brake also before trying to start. I don't have a 3025 so just guessing...

Also, if this tractor has a PTO make sure it is not engaged.

PTO is disengaged. Your 3135 is very similar to my tractor. Can you take a look at yours?

My 3135 has a cab but I could see the seat safety switch wiring but could not see where it was routed from. Came out from the middle of the back of the seat and went down and around the right side of the seat and disappears.

You obviously need to find that wiring harness. I will search my manual for a wiring diagram.

Ok, thats cool. Mine has the grommet but isnt in the hole in the center. Theres a flat bar running across the middle of the hole. I’ll check the right side again and hopefully a 3025 owner will chime in too.

Tried looking at the electrical section on the computer but by the time I blow it up large enough to read...it is all blurry. That seat safety switch wiring has to make it to under the dash and to the ignition switch, I would think. That wire had to drop down and out of sight somewhere there. On mine the two wires are in a soft black vinyl loom about 1/4" in diameter.

Went back to the property today and it started right up. So idk what was up. I shut it off a couple times and it started back up just fine.

Good deal! Must have been something hanging up or not quite right in the start circuit or safety circuits. I had a shuttle shift once that would sometimes hang up and it wouldn't actually be in neutral to start. Hope you find the culprit!
