My warranty says Utility and subcompact Utility tractors have the powertrain covered for 3 years or 2000 hours.. This includes Powertrain: hydrostatic transmission, transmission case, differential and axle housing, clutch housings and all parts contained therein (does not include extarnal drivelines, dry clutch parts or steering cylinders)
My local service manager told me the 3 year covered only electrical problems, which after reading the warranty it does not..
My PTO shaft stops turning when under a load, engine does not bog or anything the shaft just stops turning and I fear my clutch plates are worn or there is a problem with the PTO brake.
If my PTO clutch plates or brake are damaged does this count as part of the powertrain and are they covered by my 3 year 2000 warranty?
