3-row planter price??

Hello,
I found a 3-row planter listed in the local classifieds, but without a price. It says 'make offer'. But I have no idea what is reasonable.
I called about it. It supposed to be in good working condition, used once each spring for a food plot, shed kept. It is Allis-Chalmers, fiberglass seed bins. That is about all I know.
I am going to look at it tomorrow morning. Anything specific I need to check out? Any ideas on a reasonable offer to make. Sorry I realize this is not much to go on.
My use will be to plant 1-2 acres of sunflowers for food plots.

If it is a Allis, it may be a no till and they are heavy planters. They are good planters. I just sold a 2 row no till to a fellow in NY for $895 and everything was perfect on it. Hope this helps. Ken Sweet
