B and Y is for blue and yellow as the color is wore off and I do not have zip ties that color yet. all 4 of the quick disconnects go to the loader cylinders. Pressure In is one of the hoses going into the face of the block on either side of the quick disconnects and goes to the P or pressure on the block. The other hose goes to T or tank. The one coming out of the side is PB going to N port which feeds 3pt. I did try switching the P and T hoses and the loader did not work. I believe the pressure is closest to inside of tractor and T or return is outside most.

If all other valves are in neutral, and you activate the 3pt lever up, the fluid goes only to the cyl and excerpts force and builds up pressure with resistance.

If you have a light load, you might see 1200 to 1600 psi, but if you lift max load on the 3pt, you should see relief pressure, 2000 plus psi.

You should tee a hyd pressure gauge in the IN port of the loader valve. This way, you can see any pressure the hyd is developing.

If you operate the loader, you could see cyl pressure.

If you operate the 3pt lever up,you should see pressure developed by the 3pt cyl and load.

If your pump could pump 10 GPM's at max rpm, then you should be able to see 10 GPM at the input to the 3pt.

I have just one more ?. Does the 90 deg. coming out of side look like any of these?

In post #20, he said this.

2. PBY port is plumbed to the N port.

Facts make no sense to me, it seems like a fluid flow problem or a relief valve problem only at 3pt. hitch. When I let the loader down, I think the 3pt. operates faster because the fluid flow of the loader cylinders emptying seems to raise the common pressure in the block by 10 psi as the fluid flows back to the tank. Thank You for sticking with me on this.

Loader cyl expended fluid should only go to tank.

Can you verify that the fitting in the left sideof the valve is a PB adapter and not just a fitting adapter..

If it is just a fitting, then both tank port and PB port is sending most of the fluid to tank.

It should look like the last picture above. Not the second picture

JJ I'm also thinking if he does have the PB adapter the o ring might be broken or gone. After he comes back and see for sure what that fitting is, it should help alot. Also the PB adapter could be the wrong one.

I took the fitting out and it has the o ring style fitting and the o ring looks to be in good shape.

If it was like picture #3 that well not work. Has to look something like the last picture.

IMG_20160507_083859_648.jpg It looks like it has the wrong fitting to me, according to your photos.

Some control valves did or do use a pipe plug under that fitting up in the port. Look inside the hole and see if you can see threads or is it smooth where a o ring could seal. Right now I would say you have both tank ports open up to tank.

IMG_20160507_093828_671.jpg There is no plug. It is smooth all the way at the bottom.

Well now comes (maybe) the hard part, trying to find a PB fitting for your valve. I can't remember if you said what the mfg of the valve is.

My year of Mahindra is exactly the same as the 7000 series of cub cadet tractors. Both are Mitsubishi tractors. The body panels etc interchange. The PB insert is available through cub.

That helps, after you get that in it well only be making sure the plumbing is right.

Educated observation is that whoever plumbed the tractor did it wrong.

He apparently installed a 90 degree hose adapter instead of a PB fitting.

That outcome made the pump fluid flow to both the PB port and the tank port, and fluid will take the path of least resistance.

So essentially you have no 3pt.

Order the PB fitting and install the N hose to the PB adapter so the pump is pushing fluid through the hyd blk to the 3pt. You should then have a good 3pt system.

This problem could have been solved much earlier if you had verified the PB adapter.

No problem. I appreciate any help I can get. I know it is hard to diagnose problems over the internet. I believe I have the correct PB fitting ordered. I will let you guys know if it fixed my problem when I get it. I would rather it take a couple of weeks to fix than take it to the stealership. You guys should read my review of my Bobcat CT230 on this site. I have no faith in dealerships.

I should have remembered I shut the loader off at the distribution block before and it made no difference.
