3 point position control adjustment

I need someone who can give me detailed instruction on how to adjust the 3 point position control. Mine loosened up and I just tightened it so now when I move the lever to the full up position it pops the pressure relief and it causes my loader circuit to stick. I looked at the linkage but am not sure how to properly adjust it. I need to get it straightened out because its dangerous; when I have the 3 point all the way up the loader control will not self center and it has kept lifting the load and if I don't pay attention it will lift all the way to the top. Sorry if this is confusing, just let me know and I will give more details and answer any questions as best I can. Thanks in advance.

I well give it a shot. Take the 3pt up stopping about 1/4 to 1/2'" of free play. Check by lifting the lower link arms up by hand. Then adjust the feed back linkage to stop the 3pt there. The feed back linkage should not let the 3pt go all the way up, just before it bottoms out.

Sorry for not replying on this in way to long but the saga continues. I have adjusted this probably 50 times and just can't find the "sweet" spot. I just live with it by not raising anything to the top of the 3-point lifts stroke.
