3 Point Lift

As you are sitting on the tractor my left 3 point arm seal is leaking. I have the arm off and also the back. Not sure how to get the seal out. Also need to put in a 3 point lift kit. Read somewhere someone used a screw attached to a rod to pull it out but couldn't find it. I couldn't get the bolts on the front cover to even break loose so I could push it out.
