3 point lift stuck in up position

I just changed the transmission hydraulic fluid in my kioti lk2552 and now the lift is stuck in the up position.Cleaned the filter and the speed drop control is not in the lock position.Do i need to bleed or is there something else not right.Replaced with correct fluid and amount.Any help would be appreciated.....

sounds like a unload valve stuck i had that happen to me on a 5000 ford tractor a few years ago i dont know if this will help or not i hope so

Did you adjust the rate of drop all the way out ? If it was working before you changed the fluid I can't see what you could have done to create this problem.
Is the hydraulic pump self priming? if not you may want to crack a line and see want happens.
