I have a Kioti CS2610 tractor and the problem is with the 2W / 4W lever lock in.
The leaver is locked in position with a steel ball held in a detent by compression spring.
Driving down hill in 4WD idling the engine the lever jumps out of 4WD.
Checking the locking device showed that the ball as disappeared (presumable fallen into the transmission oil tank).
This fault has happened already three times and the tractor service people have no answer.
Now I am holding the lever in position with a bungy cord but where are the steel balls. I am concerned that they may cause damage in future within the transmission.
