2T90 Head and Rod bolt Torque?

Hey Guys, tonight i hope to put my motor back together, looking in my manual seems like its missing some info, it shows 18ft-lb for the head bolts, this cant be right, this must be the first stage of torquing the bolts. anyone have this info, and do we just start in center and work out, i dont see that they have them marked in manual as in 1,2,3,4 and so on. rod bolt show 33-36 ft-lb is this right, seems they were tighter then this when i took them apart.

The '18' is actually kg-m which is 130ft lbs. 33-36ft-lbs on the rod bolts is correct.
