Im helping a neighbor change a head gasket on a 2nd gen CK25 (2004-2005) range. I found the manual on here for what I believe to be the 3rd gen. I think this is the case because I was told the ck27 was only 3rd gen and the manual mentions that.i also found some slight differences in wiring.
The 3rd gen manual had the rocker arm assembly bolts at 50ft lbs, but that snapped one of the bolts and another was severely stretched. Luckily the bolt left a little bit of the threads above the head so we were able to get it out with pliers.
