Well I've gotten two good days of use out of the machine and couldn't be happier. Also made some upgrades.

First I added Pirana Teeth to the bucket cut blade. Have to say it is great. Install is easy and it fits solid. Works great getting rid of black berries and as a rake to back drag them up into a pile to scoop.

Second I painted to top of the skid steer bucket attachment red and red lines on my implements to make line up easier. Before everything was black and hard to see for line up. Could be old age setting in. With the cab your only window to see for line up is between the hood and the FEL arms. This makes it a snap. The tractor is very smooth to operate. The forward/reverse lever is easy to get used too. However today I learned to use the break more. On flat ground when you take your foot off the gas the tractor comes to a stop you shift the lever and go in the opposite direction. On a hill you take your foot off the gas come to a stop grab the lever and as you pass through nutral the tractor starts to roll. When you engage the lever in the opposite direction it hits a little hard. Hence use the break on hills. Duh.

Didn't think I would need cruise control either. Wrong, I used it while fixing my driveway at 2.5mph. came in very handy.

I installed a hydraulic top link as well. That was well worth the money. Makes fine tuning my TR3 implement a breeze.

The cab fits tight and keeps noise down. Plus less dust. The radio and AC are nice too. Visibility is really good too. Seat is comfortable and all controls are easy to reach and use. I was a little concerned with the gas pedal being off to the side so much but it is actually very comfortable to use.

I have noted one issue, no tool box. It would be nice to have a tool box to keep some simple tools. Have any of you come up with a solution for this?

Nice! First time I’ve seen a piranha tooth bar on a Yanmar. Did you weld those bucket hooks on too? Or did the dealer do that?

I am also getting one of those Pirana Teeth bars for mine, glad to hear it is working well for you.

The dealer installed those. Only wanted three but they didn't put them where I wanted them.

I like your red/red line idea. Thanks for sharing that; I may just employ that technique or something similar.
