I saw a local dealer had a blowout add for a 2810 but when i went to the mahindra web site to check it out i could not find it Is this model no longer made and who was it made by? And if anyone has any ups or downs that they want to add it would be helpfull. thanks

Discontinued a 1.5-2 years ago. Made be TYM in Korea. Good tough tractor. My FIL has one. I would have one too had they not discontinued them.

Hmmmmm... How good of a blowout deal? Downeast Maine is not so far away!

MDM is right. The last model year for the TYM-made 2810 was 2005. It was effectively replaced by 15-series machines in early-2006. I would not hesitate to purchase a leftover 2810 at the right price provided it was properly stored indoors and out of the weather (the red paint fades over time in direct sunlight)... but then again, I am a very satisfied 10-series owner!

There have admittedly been a few reports of disappointing ML108 FEL performance. Best to do a search of the archives for more info before getting too serious.

The ML108H is a little light on lift capacity, but is a good loader. I have a few new but faded loaders on pallets for these, so if it lacks a loader, or if anyone else needs a loader for one of these, I think I could get Mahindra to discount one heavily.

Some have reported some electrical demons with the 2810, but the dealers that have sold these in volume know just what the issues are and how to fix them. We are not experts on these models as our focus has been on the 15 series.

It's a nice heavy tractor, comfortable to operate, and it can take the Bradco 3375 hoe.

thanks. they were talking $14,500 for tractor and loader. But to tell you the truth I saw a TYM T330 today that really caught my eye. Very interested in the price of that.

The TYM T330 and the Mahindra 2810HST are the same basic tractor, but the loaders, tires and engine differ.

The 3215HST is built in Japan by Mitsubishi, and the loader capacity is rated at 1410 lbs. It is more money, but it is a very nice machine.

The 2810HST has a Daedong (Kioti) engine while the TYM has a Kubota engine w/ more hp. The loader lifts almost double what the 2810 loader does. I think you'll find the TYM to be about $4000 more than what you were quoted on the Mahindra. Is it a left-over or used? In New England it seems we pay more than in other parts of the country but I think $14,000 would be a fair price if not weathered and still warrantied from the dealer. I'd be interested what $ others think.

I have a 2810 gear on hand with a Bush Hog M246 loader on it. Awsome combination. 1530# lift capacity.
