Hopefully some of you guys can help me out with this decision. I was at my dealer's today picking up some filters. I've wanted a frame mount hoe from day 1 but just couldn't justify it. During the conversation I asked about a hoe and he took me to a used Mahindra (Bradco) hoe that came off a 3510 geared. The hoe looked to be in good shape, nothing bent or leaking. He said he would plumb my piece for remotes and modify the frame mount to fit mine for $4000. He's a pretty straight up guy so I've got good confidence in his word.

Could the frame mounts be modified? Would you need to buy the correct mounts? Is the math good in this deal?

Opions please.

If you feel good about the dealer, the deal sounds good to me. Yes the mounts can be altered to fit, anything can be altered, and it sounds like it is going to be easy with the price that he gave you. I would want to have them actually show me how to take off and put on the hoe. Seeing it done will most certainly help you the first time that you need to do it. The price for the hoe, remotes, and installed,:D you should go for it before he changes his mind.;)

If you go for it, be sure to post some pics for us to see. :D

Good luck

I agree. For 4K plumbed and installed on a frame mount seems like a good price. New would be double that price.

If it is the 3265, or 3375 hoe I would say go for it, but if it is the 509, that would be a monster hoe for your tractor. I hope this helps.

Sounds like a good deal. Should be a easy fit to the 2810.
