In 1999, the retail price of the first year's B2710 was supposedly $15,000 for the tractor alone. However, I paid $12,600 for the tractor and $2,900 for the LA401 front end loader; i.e., $15,500 for tractor and loader. I did not want a mid-mount mower. Instead I paid $1,695 for a 60" Bush Hog rear discharge, 3-point mower. The mid-mount mower was even more expensive at that time, and I assume it still is.
