Hello, I'm working on 1982 265 diesel with A4.236 perkins wiring issue. I have a mix of OEM and upgraded parts. It appears prior owner did away with all electric gauges and lights except volt meter. (replacing ammeter). Everything else mechanical. I would like to have inst. lights and fuel gauge working. Ign. sw. is 4 term. with acc., delco remy 10si 37A alt, and now electric tach instead of mechanical. Got MF43 IT shop manual. But wiring diags are typical I guess. Because vacuum sw. on air filter not shown, nor the 2 indicator lamps in dash. diode is gone, and OP switch not wired. I've found several diags online, but nothing with all the components I have to work with. I have now pulled what wiring was left, off. Too many wire-nuts and bare wire to just tape up.
