2520 Parking brake lever broke- it was going to happen sooner than later!

Has anyone replaced the orange parking brake lever on the 2520 or 2720? I tried to search for it here but I really have bad luck with the search tool. Any pointers would be great on removing the lower console to get to it. Thanks, Ken

Just the orange brake lever broke? Key item # 6, and shows the cotter key that holds it in place.

Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be any specific removal instructions for the cowl in the technical manual. The parts illustration below shows where the fasteners are. You may have to loosen the instrument panel cowl slightly to get the lower cowl free.
