2500B low ash oil compatible

I've always used low ash 10W in my 2500B gas tractor in the winter, but now I'm being told Case IH is no longer supplying low ash oils. The tractor is just used for plowing snow in winter. I'm thinking a 10w-30 would be just as good for what I need, but any other thoughts would help. Thanks

Rotella T6 5W-40 full synthetic assuming your engine is a diesel......beats your single grade 10W 2:1 and if you choose to work that tractor in the summer it's ready to go. If gas, 0W-20 or 0W-30 Mobil 1.......Wallyworld handles all of them.

I'm guessing when he says "gas tractor", he means Not Diesel.

Just about all oil now days is low ash or ash content 1% or less EXCEPT Mystic.

Use the chart in the link below to find a brand and weight to your liking. There's no date on the data so it could be a month old or 20 years old but it's a start.
