2440QT Bush Hog FEL to JD Pin Type

Has anyone changed their pin on Bush Hog bucket to John Deere pin on type? I was studying getting on of those Titan weld on plates with top hooks and pins. This loader is wider than a John Deere where its suppose to connect. I'm afraid my loader brackets when I redo them will be in the way of the bottom pins. Just curious if anyone here has went this route? Seems like it would work and be cheaper than going skid steer adapter.

Cheaper isn't always better. Do you already have JD pin type attachments?

Compare the availability of JD pin type attachments to skid steer attachments.

I found and bought a SSQA stump bucket on craigslist before I had a machine that it would fit on, but I knew whatever I got would have SSQA.
