I just wanted to follow up with the my experince with my 2320. Let me start from when I experinced the problem I was bush hogging a lot nothing major 2-3 feet of dry over grown grass when with in an hour I noticed my front wheel started to lockup after noticeing this I stopped to inspect and found that the four wheel drive shaft had broke off inside the rear and the front wheel is clicking and locking up. I took it straight to a local john deere dealership wehre I found out that my 2 year warranty ran out in April but there was limited 3 year warranty that cover's the drive train, after careful inspection through the dealer it was found a there was a defect from the factory causing severe damage to the front gear/drive and rear, it was to the point that they had the North East Manager for John Deere at the local dealership to inspect this. In conclusion I must say the local dealership which might I add was not where I purchased has stood behind me on this which speaks volumes considering I am a small fish in a big pond they have also been great with me upgrading to a 3000 with an excellent trade in along with discounted tractor and impliments this really speaks volumes to me and that they remember the "small man" I can say at first I was very upset but from the service deparment, warranty service and sales it has reassured me that you may spend a little more on the green machine but there is a reason you pay for what you get....
