good luck.. havent seen a post like this for a while.. One member cut the fan and then reglued it together..

a vendor someplace offers a guard to protect the fan..

Was this design corrected in the recent version of this tractor?

JD never changed the design for the 2305. The replacement 1023E and 1025R use a hydraulic fluid cooler in front of the radiator like an automobile transmission cooler....

Thanks much for the posts. I bought a 2008 2305 a few months ago that needs this to be done as well.
