2210 hydro leak above pto, what?

Hello,
I know there have been posts about a leaking upper link plate or broken plates on the 2210, just can't seem to find them right now. So... Here I have a little oily seepage on the back of the hydro that appears to be coming from maybe the upper link plate gasket. Have these gaskets been known to leak??

The way I remember it, the plate itself was warping from heavy things on the 3PH. The "fix" I think was a new plate/cover.

I never was very happy with the design since I got it home in '04 and found out it was aluminum! They build the things to use with rototillers and such, didn't they test these things? I use a 350lb PTO rototiller a couple times a year. Just noticing the oily seepage this year. Can't complain too much, looks like some guys had problems from delivery. Mine just cropped up here last winter almost 7 years old. I don't suppose the dealer will give me a deal on a new plate?
