The small farm I live on has been surrounded by neighborhoods, makes the view terrible, but I'm 16 years old, and always find way to make money next door doing cleanup. I was curious, what do you guys think of battery powered chainsaws and hedge trimmers? Normally, I would never even bother messing with them. We have plenty that run on fuel. But for most of these jobs, there are no trees of any size over 3-4", and hardly any shrubs. I just wasn't sure how these 20v things would work for small jobs like this. Again, I have plenty of the real thing, so anything big would go to those anyway. But I wouldn't want to start and stop a heavy gas chainsaw or trimmer for just a few seconds of work. I know I can pick one up for <$80. Any thoughts?
Oh, and another thing. I don't want to advertise the trimming and chainsaw much, but would like to be able to help the customer whenever they need me to do something.
