My JD 2030 USA built has a leak, diesel fuel, at the injection pump. It looks like at the "throttle" lever.
I looked at JD parts. From the drawings it looks like maybe the top cover has to come off (drawing 3) to remove the shaft to replace the shaft o-ring.(drawing 1)
I can't tell from the drawing how the shaft comes out, maybe clip key 15? . Or which parts are inside the housing. (drawing 2 that shows lever)
I do have the 2030 Tech Manual, but it only covers R&R of the injection pump. Nothing about taking it further apart.
To "thepumpguys" is this an easy fix?
