2024 LS MT242HCL Dealer does not service tractor so where do I go

I bought this 2024 LS MT242HCL Tractor from Lang Equipment in Hudson WI March 2024 and I now have 20 hours on it and it stopped running and starts back up and turns off in about 60 seconds every time I restart it. I drained the fuel filter 3 times to make sure there was no water in lines but continues to not stay running. I called ALL locations at Lang Equipment to try to get some help and/or a service call set up and they told told me they do not service the tractors , they only service there Polaris ATV's when I asked them specifically before I bought it from them. I wish I would have gone with my instinct and bought the Deere. I will be contacting LS directly to try to get it fixed. Lang Equipment has NO business selling tractors when they can not service them and they were all very rude when I trying to get help. They will soon be getting contacted by the Attorney General and the BBB. Kellen Kramer needs to working on assembly line where he can not talk to people, He is RUDE and is full of lies with no respect for customers time and money!

You might get more replies if you post upon the LS page. You should also remove the specific info regarding the dealers name. Otherwise your post will get removed. Negative info about specifuc dealers is frowned upon.

What just as bad or worse is the manufacturer selling machines thru dealers that will not service them.

Have you checked to see if the injectors are spraying fuel?
