One thing I notice is that it seems like 97 out of 100 trailers fall into the same type/length/GVWR/ramp configuration.
bumper pull, equipment trailer, deck between wheels, 10k GVWR, standard ramps.
Theres VERY few deck overs with split ramps, or trailers over 12-14k.
I realize this is because most guys have standard DL and smaller equipment, but geeze there’s nothing in inventory or in the pipeline on wider or heavier trailers. Unless you want to wait 1/2 year

17k deck over 8"channel fold flat ramps less than a lot of 14k equipment trailers happy with quality. I run a pintle.

You’re right. It seems like a lot of dealers are competing for the same customer segment.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen this company mentioned here so I’ll throw their name out: Home - Ranch King Trailers

This Texas company has been in business since 1972 and I see their trailers on the road a lot in South Texas.

wood is 400% more than last year (plywood at lowes today, $75 for a 1/2" sheet ..... i would not pay that, i just saw it on the racks) and steel has doubled since last year.

no wonder trailers are so expensive
