Bruce on Tractor

Howdy,
I had a 2002 John Deere 4310, great tractor, but living up here in Wisconsin, the winters can be brutal. I've been operating equipment all my life, and now that I'm a few years past 50, I decided that it was time to get a new tractor with a cab. I started with the research and going around checking tractors out back in November. Wasn't particular, checked out a LS 50hp, nice tractor, checked out a Massey 36 hp, John Deere 39 hp and came across this Kioti CK3510SE HC. Now remember, this is all my own opinion. I finally decided to get the Kioti, it was the cheapest, but had the most standard equipment. I purchased this tractor 9 March, 2019. After putting 3 hours on the tractor, I got this sick feeling in the pit of my stomach, the FEL hydraulics were bad, try to slowly roll the bucket back, it would dump. Try to slowly raise the loader and it would go down. Alright, I knew it was the controller, called the dealer, they said bring it in, 1:45 minutes later, I was there. I showed them, left it there, they called back a week later and said it was fixed, great. I went and picked it up, got it home and put the roto tiller on it. Immediately, noticed that if you try to slowly raise the 3 point, it jerks so bad that it almost throws you out of the seat. Took the tiller off, thinking to much weight. Nothing on the 3 point, it still jerked so bad that it was like riding a bull. Emailed the dealer and he said "let me check on it". (I wanted a paper trail) He emailed back after a few days and said they checked the other tractors they had on the lot and they all did it. Of course he got an email back that said that wasn't good enough, I just spent over $28,000 and it's not right. He replied with "let me contact with Kioti". After a few days he did reply. Kioti wasn't going to do anything because that is the way the valve for the 3 point is designed. It is either on or off. (WHAT) I contacted Kioti, they told me in an email the same thing. So now I have 11 hours on the tractor, just came in from getting some wood with the tractor and notice that if you slowly try to roll the bucket back with 250lbs or so of wood in it, it wants to dump. So, if anybody wants to buy a Kioti 2019 CK3510SE HC, it's for sale for $28,000. I'm still working with the dealer to find a solution, they are going all they can, it's not there fault. Just my two cents, hydraulics is something that should be a no brainer on a new tractor, not like it's a new concept or anything. So, if anybody has had a problem like this and fixed, I would love to know how.
