Backhoe 2015 HST, 2710 backhoe

Is anyone having problems with the rubber boots on the outrigger control cracking?
I bought my 2015 HST in October 2006 , it was delivered with the rubber boots cracked and weathered , I mentioned it to the guy delivering it and was told a new replacment would be sent out ASAP. I have called my dealer half dozen times anfd have been told he is working on it. I drove up to the dealer (2 hour drive) to look at a service manual and decided to ask about the replacement boots. I was told that Mahindra is contacting the manufacture of the 2710 to get the replacemnt boots...... This has been 4 months.....

1. Is this the service to expect from my dealer/ Mahindra?
2. How long does it take to get replacement parts
3. Has anyone else experienced this type of problems

I would love to hear from other dealers or even hear from a Mahindra Rep.

I ran into this problem a while back and got the parts for one of my customers. The part # is KMW14093119. When you put them on pack them with some grease I believe this will help keep them from cracking. I hope this helps and good luck with it.

I talked to Dave (Daves Tractors out of Redding, CA) he stated the same about the problem and said there was a recent fix to the problem, but didnt find the part #. This will help.

1. Is this the service to expect from my dealer/ Mahindra?
2. How long does it take to get replacement parts

1. No, your dealer should at the very least stay in touch with you and keep you updated on the progress.

2. Mahindra parts should take 3 days at the most to receive unless it's an abnormally large part (i.e. rear end, engine, etc.). Sometimes loader/ backhoe parts from KMW or Buhler may take longer due to shipping delays or them being on backorder.....regardless the dealer should stay in touch with you.

Hey I got your message, BUt you just missed me... I was at the Tulare show the first two days... should be in bed now... 6:10 AM flight outta here tomorrow...1409-3119 is the correct part number for the boots you are looking for. I have several emails today about it. I'll try and get them out on Friday after I get back and get settled in.
