2008 L4400 no turn over

Ok posted about this a few months ago had a wrecker come get it, they took it to dealer, $2200 later I got back it started I think 3 times, its been on this ranch sense June , I put new cables, new battery, i have tried manually puttint power to the tab under starter that worked a few times but only thing happens now it just welds itselft to the battery terminal. I took starter off huge pain due the brackets of loader, took starter in they said there is nothing wrong with it, was part of parts they replaced at kubota, so took starter back out put it on, cleand all terminal ends, tried manually starting it nothing, thought maybe motor was locked up so got a guy to dump clutch as i dragged tractor motor spun over, but I can get going fast enough to pull start it due to front end loader on it in down position. Not sure what else to due

You have a safety switch not sending signal to the starter. If the starter is fine and you have good power and ground at the starter you should be able to jump the switch at the starter and it turn over.

I have tried that it worked I think 3 times now it the jump wire just starts melting, so I took starter back to dealership they checked it out I watched and it ran fine on the bench, so drove back to ranch hooked it back up, had 2 truck with jumber cables and a brand new battery tried it nothing happend all i hear is click and thats it

Get a digital multimeter and see if you have good power and ground at the starter.

Been thinking about it but from what I seen the new ones are nothing but trouble with the re gen
