My Branson 4220 popped a hydraulic leak in hose from pump to bucket control, replaced the hose refilled hydraulic fliud to the amount of 7.5 gals, site glass verified proper level, issue prior to the leak all hydraulics worked fine. Since if I have the bushog raised and operate the front bucket the bushog lowers til stop operating the bucket and the bushog raised back to where I had it set. Doesn't change if I'm lowering or raising the bucket. A friend thinks air in the lines and to operate both bushog - loader to work the air out, well 15 min of that and no change. Again prior to leak all worked fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you ever get it figured out ?

The system should purge the air on its own. If its sucking air that might cause the problem or you may have some old hose debris in one of the check valves. I'm just spitballing ideas but basic troubleshooting starts with what's changed since it last worked properly.
