Price Check 2007 TC26

I'm looking for a nice compact tractor in the 25hp give or take a few hp? I found this one listed, but have not gone to look at it. It is listed as follows:

07' TC26 New Holland 4WD Tractor w/ NH loader, 60" Bucket, only 67 hrs, 26 Hp Diesel, R4 tires, HST drive, Extra Clean 1 owner tractor.
$13,500

It that a fair starting price? I'm the type that likes to haggle and see the price as a starting point for negotiations. What would this model as described be worth. I am located in NC.

I paid 14,500 for my 2001 tc25d with 200 hours on the clock. It was garage kept and came with the loader, backhoe and a landpride rb1572 rear blade.
