2006 L4400 Price?

I know it veries a lot depending on which part of the country you are in, but what do you guys think of the following?

2006 Kubota L4400
303 hours
Gear transmission
Loader (pin on bucket)
Woods BH80x backhoe, with manual thumb
R4 tires, look to be in great shape, no wear really

The guy is asking $20k. Over all it looks to be in good shape. There are a few scratches on the hood, the paint on the backhoe is a little faded, but it looks to have been greased and taken care of.

What do y'all think?

Wow, no matter where you are from... 20K for L4400 and backhoe with only 300 hours!!! That's a great price... be surprised if it doesn't sell fast.

I though it sounded like a good deal, thanks. Too bad we don't need a third tractor and have 20K sitting around.:laughing::laughing:
