2006 Kubota L3430 GST 4WD, will not go into high gear

No error lights, gear only shows 9 or 10th. Speed will not go over 4.7mph with 1200 rpm. There is no speed.

Hi ,i have the same problem on my 2004 4x4 L3430?
Fuel filter change ,air filter check ,fuel selenoid check not change .
I need a solution ?
