The 2210 is a lot like my 2305 I just got this past year.
I picked up my 2305 with a 126 hours on it for $12,300 in late may / early june of 2011. It now has a little over 170 hours on it and we didn't even have much snow - I just had a lot of projects to do.
A weight box is a *must*. I filled mine with concrete bricks - probably a good 500lbs plus the weight of the box. (It strains the 3pt Hitch system picking it up.)
Previous to getting my weight box (and the reason I did) I moved roughly 50 ton of stone, re-doing the foundation on one side of my house, new floor drains, down spouts, gravel around a new deck and a french drain in front of my house. (I live on a lake, so all the water went towards the front of my house - and the into my basement..)
While moving stone from the pile, to the hole - I got off the tractor. It was parked on the edge of the cliff, going into the lake I live on. Once I removed myself (6'1, 245lbs), the tractor nearly rolled over into the lake. (Oops.)
From that moment on, I had to get a weight box. And since then, I've moved another 20 ton of stone building my garage, probably another 30 ton of dirt around that was dug out building my garage, etc.
As for lift limiting - I haven't run across too much my 2305 wouldn't lift. For normal 'around the house' things, it will lift an entire bucket (full) of gravel/stone, it lifted 2 sections of concrete side walk 4 inches thick, high enough to put in a mid-sized dump truck (single axle, GMC 5500, so bigger then a landscaper F350 and the like.) I dug out / finished the dirt area for concrete, entire bucket loads of snow.
For the machine vs amount of hours, it seems like a good price. Is the loader a quick-disconnect? Because I hate to say it, but mowing with the loader on is actually a pain in the butt.
The only reason why I will ever get rid of my 2305 is:
1. to get a 2520 (because bigger is always better right?

At least, that's how I justify it....)
2. To get a much bigger tractor when I move to more property. (looking at 20-40 acres.)
3. To get a NH Boomer 25 if they're decent (my local NH dealer is awesome. Both of our farm tractors came from there.)
