2006 GC2310 TLB lost ALL hydraulics at once

Wow, my first time to post here in TEN years! Can't believe that I remembered my password. Took 3 attempts though. loL! Glad to see some of the same folks still posting.

GC2310 with almost 500 hours on it. I bought brand new in 2006. Been a flawless machine during most of that time. Until I let a friend use it for a while and while he was just scooping up a pile of leaves in his yard, he lost ALL of the hydraulics. Everything. No forward/reverse. No backhoe. No FEL. No power steering.

I've done some reading about the hydraulic shaft issue but most people say they only lost some of the hydraulics. I've lost it all.

Fluid is good. Even changed it, the spin on filter and the banjo bolt screen. Made no difference. Still nothing.

Where to begin?

My first though would be to put pressure gauge on output port of hydraulic pump.... IF no output pressure or very little pressure, problem is probably before gauge (the pump?)....

Both hydraulic pumps failing at the same time, seems improbable.

But, I don't have a clue how to explain your dilemma.

When you find out what happened, please let us know.

Not that your friend did anything wrong. But, never lend out your wife, or your tractor.
